Eating cake, planting seeds and changing the world. In Horsham.

climate coalitionAs part of the Speak Up Week of Action on Climate Change Horsham parish have organised a lovely event this Friday (7th July) where people can join the parish for weekday Mass (10am) followed by tea and cake.

People will be able to plant a seed or two and take the pot home with them.  They will also have the chance to take part in CAFOD’s new campaign, Power to Be and will send a message to local MP, Jeremy Quinn about our concern for the world’s poorest and hopes about renewable energy.  All are welcome, particularly those in the Horsham Constituency*.

10am for Mass in church followed by cakes etc at 10:30-11:30am, Friday 7th July in the hall of St John the Evangelist, 3 Springfield Rd, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 2PJ.
