Robert Cruickshank, CAFOD’s Regional Emergency Coordinator for half of the world visits Farnham 26th June

Robert Cruickshank, CAFOD’s Regional Emergency Coordinator for Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean, visited Farnham on Friday the 26th of June to speak about CAFOD’s Nepal response.

Two months after the Nepal Earthquake hit, CAFOD supporters have donated over £3m and Robert explained the situation and how the money is being used. His talk was very informative and assured us that it was being used very well.

The Parish of St Joan of Arc Farnham received us very hospitably with good questions, including some from St Polcarp’s primary school students. The soup was delicious too!

Thanks to Robert, Jo, Jo, Guy, Louise and everyone else who helped out.
