Rosemary Moon, assisted by sous chef Fr. Peter Fitch, gave a culinary demonstration in the parish rooms of Our Lady of Sorrows in Bognor Regis in aid of CAFOD
There was approximately 74-76 people in attendance on the evening. After mouth-watering recipes cooked by Rosemary Moon and Sous-chef – Fr Peter Fitch, tasting took place of Pheasant with Black pudding, Figs and Apples,Chestnut & Cranberry Casserole, Fig & Pecan Tart etc. all delicious.
A raffle of a food hamper, bottles of wine etc was organized. The evening was buzzing with fun banter between Rosemary and Fr Peter.
A brilliant evening was had by all.
